Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from JEWELORA, operated by EE Kart Enterprises, through our website https://jewelora.store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of artificial jewelry and hygiene considerations, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is received in a damaged or defective condition
  • An incorrect item is delivered
  • The product is missing from the package

To be eligible for a return, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos as proof.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used, worn, or altered jewelry
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or wear and tear
  • Items without original packaging and tags
  • Products purchased during clearance or sale offers (unless damaged)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return request, please contact us at support@jewelora.store with your order number and issue details.

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once the return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, refunds will be issued and customers may place a fresh order if required.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
